Here's the third "day" (post) for the Physalis! Everything aside, that's a huge shield...
Loosely fit the arm together explains the giant line in the middle of the arm. Don't want any breakage when I take it apart..

Bazooka? head and torso! I made sure to loosely fit the pieces together so that it'll be a lot easier and less dangerous to pull them apart for painting later.
This post marks the beginning of the HGUC GP-02A! Strangely enough, this will be my first HGUC kit, but my third 1/144 scale. Here it is, starting with the torso. I'm going to be following the instructions closely for the snapfitting process! As you can see, I kinda fudged up the snipping on the sanding a bit... hopefully it will be unnoticeable after I paint it over later in the build.
wow big shield legs and arms?
Edit: due to a technical difficulty, I realized that some trees weren't uploaded, AFTER I began work. The inevitable has happened. After going on vacation, I can't seem to find an integral piece for the Zeta, specifically a leg plating... which kinda hampers the process of finishing it. I can't wait forever for it to pop up, so this will be an indefinite pause for this build (until I find the piece or get a replacement). I was pretty excited for it too!
And since my backlog's growing larger and larger, I have to move on (sorry zeta buddy). |
