I took my time, cutting and filing and sanding to make sure I didn't have to go back and get rid of those pesky nub marks. It's pretty hard to discern what the bottom markings on the foot are, have to think of where to colour and such. Surprisingly, the frame part in the photos are only from the thigh to the "knee"!
Just got these, what I call, "Poor man's airbrush and weathering kit". These pastels were a pretty good deal for their price, although I'm probably only using the darker colours... The knife was much needed too as my other blades were getting dull. Going to grind it into dust for easier application!
Alright after short deliberation, I'm gonna start the Zeta first! There will be an unboxing in the next post. From what I've heard it can be quite flimsy due to the transformable feature... I'll see how it is. I'll be doing a loose snap-fit first before making any modifications later on.
First post of the site, and the beginning of my journey into learning more and more about building, designing and crafting! I'm going to leave my GP-01 FB here, with some placeholder photos for now.. Gonna justify it with an actual photo-shoot later.
I have a backlog of a few models/gunpla... I'll post them up later to see which one I should start next. I'll update everyday's progress!
